Eligibility & Age Requirements
For ages 21+: bdbag is for individuals aged 21 or above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Age Verification
To create an account on the bdbag platform, a user must meet the following requirements:
- The user must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- bdbag may request a government-issued ID or other documents for age verification at any time.
- Providing false information about age will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Geographic Restrictions
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of online gaming services is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in their location. Any liability arising from use of the platform despite legal restrictions rests solely with the user.
Single Account Policy
Only one account per individual is permitted. If the same person creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

To create an account on bdbag, accurate and complete personal information must be provided. It is the user's responsibility to keep the information provided at registration up to date at all times.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on bdbag: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- Deposited funds must come from the user's own account only.
- Using a third-party payment account is prohibited.
- Funds will be credited to the account only after successful verification.
- Deposited funds are non-refundable — however, they may be withdrawn subject to withdrawal conditions.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
- Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirements related to that bonus have been met.
- bdbag reserves the right to hold or investigate withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
Currency & Conversion
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bdbag does not support transactions in foreign currencies.

Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
bdbag offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
- Example 2: Deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳11,000.
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit).
- Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Before the wagering requirement is met, only the original deposited funds may be withdrawn (bonus balance is tracked separately).
General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion has its own applicable terms — please refer to the details of the specific offer.
- Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per user.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- bdbag reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If abuse or fraud within the bonus system is detected, the bonus will be voided.
- Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
VIP Program
bdbag's VIP program has four tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Gameplay Policy & Fair Play Guarantee
Fair Play Guarantee
bdbag is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gameplay across all games. All games offered on the platform are developed by certified software providers and use independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
Betting Rules
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If a bet becomes void due to a technical error, bdbag reserves the right to cancel that round.

Game Cancellation & Technical Errors
If a game is left incomplete due to server outages, internet disconnection, or other technical issues, bdbag will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem. However, bdbag will not be liable for losses caused by the user's device or internet connection.
Backdoor Transactions Prohibited
Manipulating games by artificial means, using software bots, or gaining an advantage through any other unethical method is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbag platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Money Laundering: Using the platform with the intent to legitimize illegal funds.
- Fraud: Creating an account with false information or abusing bonuses.
- Bot Use: Operating games using automated software or scripts.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same individual.
- Game Collusion: Multiple players attempting to coordinate and influence outcomes together.
- Hacking & Intrusion: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
- Minor Access: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to use an account.
- Third-Party Payments: Using a payment source that is not in the user's own name.

- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Providing false information.
- Being found to be an underage user.

- Non-cooperation with identity verification.
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, bonuses and balances related to the breach may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
